ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
Ph.D. with First Class or 60% aggregate marks at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Architecture/ Planning/other relevant disciplines. Minimum 10 years experience in teaching/ Post Doctoral Research/Professional work after Master’s Degree with at least 5 years experience at Assistant Professor level. The candidate should have experience in teaching Post Graduate and PhD courses in Internationally recognized Institutions..
DESIRABLE:(i) Fellow membership of relevant (Architecture & Planning) professional bodies (ii) Research /Professional work publications in recognized Journals. (iii) Supervised Post- Graduate and PhD scholars. (iv)Awards in research/professional work (V) Administrative experience at senior level.
NOTE: Candidates from Industry/profession with at least 15 years recognized professional experience (including 5 years at Senior level) equivalent to Ph.D. in relevant disciplines of the School/Institutions as the case may be would also be eligible.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

NOTE: Candidate, who at the time of their recruitment as Lecturers possess Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Architecture/ Planning/ shall be granted 2 and 4 advance increment respectively along with the benefit or corresponding years of service for the purpose of promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Candidates may apply for more than one post and separate application form should be filled in for each post along with requisite fee. Candidates employed must send their applications through proper channel.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen, etc. will be as per Govt. of India norms.
Pay will be revised as per VIth Pay Commission Report .The posts carry usual allowances as applicable to Central Government employees and also carry benefit of Central Government Health Scheme and are covered under pensionable scheme of the Govt of India as applicable w.e.f 1.1.2004..
Only institutional consultancy is permissible to the faculty of the School as per rules approved from time to time by Government of India.
